Crab Rolls


  • 4 sticks butter (real)
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 20 slices white loaf bread
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crab meat


  • Melt cheese and 2 sticks butter in microwave.

  • Stir until cheese and butter are mixed well.

  • Add crab mix to this.

  • Take bread and cut crust off of each slice.

  • Roll with rolling pin each slice and spread mix on bread; roll up.

  • Place in pan side by side. Before baking, brush with butter and broil and bake until brown. Can use sesame seed on top.
