Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. hash brown potatoes in pkg. (frozen)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic salt

Directions:

  • Mix together and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.
