Chinese Noodle Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 medium size can Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can chicken vegetable soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  • Fry ground meat until very light brown and drain well.

  • Mix together all ingredients except noodles.

  • Pour into baking dish or pan and bake 50 minutes at 350°.

  • Spread noodles on top and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
